Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods (PDFs, Source Code), we generally do not offer refunds on digital purchases once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you encounter technical issues accessing your file, please contact support.

Physical Products (Print on Demand)

Our physical books are printed on demand specifically for your order. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for physical books due to "change of mind" or buyer's remorse.

If your physical book arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact support within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement copy to be printed and shipped at no additional cost.
